THE FOOD, CHEFS & ATMOSPHERE.

SUPERB AMAZING FOOD IN THE HEART OF THE FOREST.

Nomi’s Lands 8FIFTY restaurant and bar serves a level of cuisine you’d expect from a high-end urban restaurant, hundreds of kilometres from the bustle and distractions of the city.

Our signature dishes are based on providing a robust, rustic freshness spiced by our top-rated Chef’s culinary sophistication. The name Lands 8FIFTY refers to the picturesque 850 acres of land surrounding the resort—planning out how you’ll explore it together makes the perfect dinner conversation!

Open year-round, each season at Nomi offers a completely new experience of nature. With ample opportunities for hiking, cycling, boating and bird watching, our estate is your playground!

We also offer fat bike rentals. Paddle boats, canoes and kayaks are available for those who wish to take in the serene Benoir Lake. Licensed anglers are welcome to fish!

Plus, we’re only 3km from the mouth of the mighty Algonquin Provincial Park, the oldest in Canada and home to over 2,400 lakes and dozens of spectacular trails. Check our Trails page for more information.

LAKESIDE FIRE PIT

Gather round our fire pit by the shore of Lake Benoir to connect with new friends, swap stories and enjoy the air out here.

Nothing beats looking across the surface of the lake at night, watching the reflections of the huge pines meet the real thing at the shoreline: the doubled stars, a double moon, loons calling in the distance.
