Event policies

1. To secure an event and the availability of the space, Lands8fifty and Nomi Resort Club, require a 50% deposit. Excluding taxes & service charge.
2. The remaining amount must be covered one week prior the date of the event.
3. Any additional services, products and items agreed upon can be paid at the end of the event.

4. Due to the changing conditions of the current market prices1 cost of gas1 inFlation and other factors out of Lands8fifty and Nomi Resort Club control, we reserve the right to make modifications last-minute adhering, as close as possible, to the initial agreement upon the “parties.”
